Well I fell off the Atkins wagon last night. :( Why is it so hard this time around? I am going to take another approach to weight loss and see where it gets me for awhile. I am going out at lunch today and buying some turkey and whole wheat bread, some apples, and a few other healthy things. Going to see what moderation and exercise will do for me. I really don't know what to do but I still have to goal to lose weight.

I know exactly what you are talking about. Feb 1st is my once again start date and yes I am also finding it very hard to get back into it. Hang in there. You will and can do it again.:):)

I guess I just worry that I won't stick to Atkins long term either. I lost 80 pounds in 5 months and I put 60 back on in just as short of time. I know anything you do will not last if you don't stick with it. It's just so discouraging. I think I would rather lose it slower and keep it off if I can so I am going to give this a couple of weeks. I am going to keep a journal of what I eat and I am going to work out. At the very least I probably won't gain weight. I am still not drinking any cokes and I LOVE coke. I wish my gym would hurry up and open. Supposed to be Friday but now they are saying hopefully Friday and for sure by Monday.

I know how you feel. I stayed with Atkins this last time for 1 year and 2 months. It came off slow, but then I just said "one bite won't hurt". Boy was I wrong.I'm sure you will find what works for you and find your mindset. That's my problem, I lost my way and mindset (which I have to find again). Hang in there and great luck to you on your journey.:)
