This weekend was okay food wise. When I know that I won't be working out I make sure to eat extra good. I turned down chocolate like 3 times! I did have some protein cookies and probably over ate a little bit, but I still feel like I did good. I ate at Applebee's today with my family and decided to trade out my rice for broccoli which was really good! Sometimes when I crave sweets I just drink coffee because that seems to curb it so that is what I did. I know I am only in the 3rd week of my Keto diet, but I feel like I am getting pretty good at sticking to it. Good luck to everyone this week with diet and exercise!
