What a sweet surprise this morning! 223 and 58 lbs to go. I stayed busy and off the computer all weekend so I didn't record anything in my food diary, but I think I did rather well. I didn't eat any of the things I've sworn off, which is sugar, beef, pork, sugar and flour.
