Well, thanks to "information", I think I might have found a tool to help me acheive my weight loss goal. I went to the website, thedailyplate.com, and signed up. I don't know if it's coincidense or not but I lost 1.5 pounds yesterday! I have to honestly say I had never thought about tracking my daily calories and really wouldn't want to do it by hand. This website is fabulous! I feel like there might be hope after all! =) Tonight I meet with a personal trainer at the gym. She is going to take my measurements, including my BMI, and show me an exercise program that will work specifically for my problem areas. Oh! I almost forgot! Last night I took my 14 mo. daughter trick-o-treating at the local mall for her first time. I think she collected about 10 pieces of candy. hee hee I didn't eat ONE SINGLE PIECE! Not a one! I went with the idea that whatever candy she did collect would be sent to work with my husband. I forgot to send it with him in his lunch this morning but it is still sitting on the kitchen table untouched! It even has a piece of chocolate in it! I love chocolate! But, I am able to resist...today anyway. =)
