Good Morning, I am tired.. I worked out double what I normally do last night.. and then adrenaline got to me and I couldn't go to sleep til late. I didnt get to work out til much later than normal so it threw everything off. I'm up and at them.. work double jobs today so.. 14 hour work day I will sleep well from exhaustion tonight. I'm trying to pack up some things for work today so I dont find myself hungry.. and I'm off!
