Hi Keilin_4! When I get those chocolate cravings late at night, especially when they suck and involve ice cream I whip out my blender, ice, milk, Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa powder, Tones vanilla, some stevia packets and a dash of salt. Use a cup of skim milk, a packet or two of stevia, a Tablespoon of the cocoa, 1/2 tsp of vanilla, dash of salt, and about two trays of ice cubes that are about 1/2 to 3/4 full ice cubes (not huge cubes they are hard to blend). Mix it up and eat it like soft ice cream. I also add cold celestial seasonings raspberry zinger tea that I have brewed and stored in the fridge or frozen cherries or pieces of bananas or pieces of frozen bananas. It's a great treat!

Hi, thanks, well, I can already avoid to eat at midnight, and I try to eat healthy and I keep dark chocolate to eat once a week during the day and I also love rice, tortillas, beans, it's what some Latinos eat haha , now I am eating that with measure and no after lunch , but sometimes a force dominates me and makes me eat what I should not
