This low carbs eating plan really works.💐 I even managed to buy a no-added-sugar ice-cream and it's delish, especially when I added 3 tablespoons of whipped cream and 30 grams of frozen Raspberries! I think I just may do this, this time!!!💝 Coming here does help - it keeps me accountable! Thank you everyone! 💝💝💝
