Well, yesterday not good. Still above the allotted carbs. I am determined to get back on track today! Started my day off well, bacon, avocado and lettuce for breakfast. Good fats and a veggie substance, that works. Now back to drinking water and walking the stairs while at work! It's really a shame how I let myself get distracted, I seriously need to get a hold of myself.

I've found it's easier to think about your day at the end of it, and be done. Just aim to make the best choices each day, but don't shame yourself and feel too guilty about it. Just do better the next day.
