Doing poorly on my diet. Food is just too good tasting. I guess I'll just have to step it up in the gym so that I'll have more energy and I'll be allowed to eat more calories.

I totally feel your pain. It's these darn Holidays. I still feel like we are in stuff your face mode! Quite frankly I'm getting sick of it. Hang in there. I'm doing a 3 day detox right now. 2 days of juice and 1 day of smoothies and soups. I'm done with day one now. Good luck!!
