Tonight was leftover night. Whatever you can find, make you can have. Don't worry there was plenty to choose from. I had a rotisserie chicken in there, a ribeye (cooked), fried chicken, and some other things. I got a chicken yesterday to make bone broth tonight. Hubby had some for dinner, I stripped it to make chicken salad and the carcass is in the pressure cooker with the other one from the freezer and other chicken parts. When I can sip on it, I eat less and have less cravings. Chicken bone broth is my favorite but I make the beef every 4th time or so. I still have to use my treadmill tonight so off I go for now.
