Work was finally over yesterday morning yay! Went to kegs and eggs with my friends from work and had a great breakfast with them. Didn't sleep at all though because when I got home, I had to take hubby to the ED (he's fine) but I was up for over 30 hours.

Yesterday was my day off from BBL. I put on almost 2.5 lbs in a couple of days which has me irritated because the only thing I did differently is eat a large (but within in my eating program) breakfast and did't sleep. I never eat breakfast in the morning after work because I usually go to sleep. I went over my usual caloric intake but still kept my net carbs around 15. My expenditure of calories was also still over what I ate. I'm sure it could be water weight which I do gain when I am on my feet all night and then don't get any sleep during the day.

Well, I will not be discouraged! I will keep sticking to my plan. Today is exercise day!

Water weight for sure, and not having normal sleep patterns really does make for weight fluctuation. I know the struggles of shift work-so I feel for you! I hope you can get some good sleep soon!
