I have fallen off the wagon so to speak and haven't been following the diet for the last few weeks. But I'm ready to give it a try again so I'm going to start back up again this coming Monday....after I get rid of all the junk in my kitchen! I need to go grocery shopping and stock up on the "good" foods!
