11/13/07...not a bad day...at almost all of my calories for the day
b - cereal w/ choc milk
s - 2 cheese stix
l - turkey and ww roll up with lettuce, tom, cucumbers
s - grapes
d - ww speghetti with turkey/g.beef, tomato basil sause
not bad for a "old WOE" dinner
