TO ME ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO RECORD MEALS ..IT KEEPS ME MORE FOCUSED ON MY CALORIC INTAKE...SOMETIMES IN THE MORNING I RECORD MY BFAST AND LUNCH EVEN BEFORE I HAVE THEM AND IT SEEMS TO KEEP ME ON A STRAIGHTER COURSE...HOPE THIS MAY HELP U!
