In spite of the scale not having moved in several days, I feel a difference in my clothes. My co-workers say they can tell I am getting smaller, mainly in my face, hips and a little from my waist. Made me feel good. I need to increase my water intake. Sometimes I'm so busy during the day my water glass sits on my desk untouched for hours. I have to make myself pick it up and drink. I didn't do the treadmill and weights last night. I was up to my armpits in laundry, so I took the night off from my workout and I sure missed it! I'll do extra tonight and see what the scale says tomorrow.
