Crazy Days!
Closing on the house for my biz tomorrow-what a roller coaster. Not sure of the timing but hoping it all works out. Having lunch with my biggest client on Friday and hope to get more intel on how things will go for me, now that they were bought out. I am not sure if anyone knows.
My staff (of one) was out today and I was so busy. It reminded me of how hard I used to work :(
Weighed in today at 125. TOM is here and I am all over the place. I am worried about shifting these five pounds. The longer they stay, the harder they are to shift. My sweet tooth is raging (hormones plus stress). Did get in a very good hike on Sunday with Beast and SU. Of course we hiked to a restaurant on the cliffs and I had two glasses of wine. I think I saw a killer whale but maybe it was just a big dolphin and 2 glasses of wine :)

Was just thinking ... bout time for an update from Dens ... and here it is!! Congrats on getting the house for the biz. Hope that improves life for you. Have you considered doing your Dukan thing again to shift those 5 lbs? It worked so well for you before. Might get those cravings under control too. Be good to yourself (oh and by the way that doesn't necessarily mean drinking extra wine ... silly sausage!!)

125 is not bad at all, and I always say a good way to maintain to to keep aiming for those last 5 lbs, its better then letting 130 creep back in. Congrats on the house, fingers are crossed you hear nothing but good things on Friday. I am so jeoulous of your view. I'll have some wine, maybe I'll see something too. :)

Very excited for your house closing : ) Loved the idea of hiking to a restaurant on the cliffs, having two glassses of wine and seeing dolphins or whales...what a lovely picture. Have a great day minus raging hormones : )
