My lunch: Organic Quinoa and Rice blend, cooked with boneless skinless chicken breast, two lettuce leaves instead of bread, tomato, cauliflower, radishes and baby spinach and ready to eat.. yummy yummy, it was only 301 calories and a lot of food, it will keep me full this afternoon , when I started eating quinoa it didn't liked me a lot, but now I mix the quinoa rice blend with chicken breast and the flavor is much better
