I did better I lost 1 pound in the last two weeks. There are many times when I think tht it would be better and easier just to quit but God won't let me. I just want to get under 290 adn start the nest 10 pounds.Talk to you all soon

Losing any weight this time a year is great. Be proud of yourself! So many people gain. While other people's scales are going up, yours is going down. That's a wonderful thing! Good luck!
