Okay so I weighed this morning to record my weight. I weighed the other day and already dropped a couple of pounds so I am happy about that. Still mad at me but getting back in the saddle.
I had a nice encouraging comment and I appreciate that.
Okay as much as I want to take a nap because I did not fall asleep quickly last night....I am going to the gym.
