Day 46, and yesterday's Valentine's day totally messed me up! It was honestly the worst day I've had since starting my new lifestyle. I couldn't even bring myself to log the dinner calories, I'm so embarrassed.
Hint- Hubby took me to the Cheesecake Factory, please use your imagination as to what went down there... I feel flat out sick this morning!
So, I read that you should look at every meal as a new chance to start over. That's exactly what I'm going to do.
