well the past few weeks have been very hard. My husband got sick and was in the hospital for 2 weeks and now he is home and on a strict diet and that is a good thing for both of us, except my middle child has a heart condition and we had to make two trips to childrens hospital for her so I havent been able to stick to our new way of eating. but she is home now and doing great so tomorrow is a new day. next week will be a weight loss.
