Hello and Happy Friday FS!
Whew it is foggy this morning! I don't know if it will burn off before I head out to work so I need to prepare for a Mr. Toad's Wild Ride! Three day weekend ... Ah! I was down .1 this morning. I didn't record it but I did smile. Celebrate the small wins. ;-) I also had two co-workers stop me in the office yesterday and asked me how much more I had lost. I told them none and both said, well you look like you have lost more. So, that was encouraging. Must get moving!
