I'm feeling a bit better finally. I started a new workout program this morning and I'm trying to eat better along with it, so I'm hoping I can stick with it. I have a friend doing it with me, coaching me along, so I'm hoping that will help, and I'm hoping I can help her too. I actually hope this will stick and we can keep working together and do another program after this, even if we don't do the same workouts, just keep encouraging each other. We live far away, but send each other messages through Facebook and kind of pump each other up to do the workouts and keep each other accountable to get it done. I'm hoping that having her to report to will help with my eating too. That way if I do really bad it will give me someone who won't make me feel bad, but she'll help me do better next time, and I'll think twice about grabbing that junk, because she's trying to do better, so I need to do better too.

On a side note, we've been watching my FIL's bulldog and have her until this weekend. She's used to having someone go out with her, and our dogs aren't, so I've been taking her out and staying out with her and walking the yard. It's been good for me because I've been getting off my butt more. I've noticed that when I'm up with her, then I tend to stay up and do more. Maybe my iron supplement is kicking in too and I'm finally getting some energy back and my level is coming up a bit. Whatever it is, I just need to keep getting off my butt after she's gone. My dogs aren't good walkers, but I could go out with them too. At least while the weather is still nice.
