Still not tracking on the weekend, don't know WHY that's so difficult. It's not like I didn't turn on my laptop, though granted I didn't spend a huge amount of time on it. Oh well...got a good run in on Saturday, but didn't make it to the pool OR kayaking on Sunday, not even the gym, hmmm. Guess I felt like binge-watching TV instead. Okay, fine, back to it today. Tracking AND the gym tonight, probably the elliptical.

My DH has lost about 44 lbs since his gastrectomy, and his appetite has returned. There's a disconnect between how much he puts on his plate and how much he can actually eat in one sitting. Gotta work on that. He also did some noshing yesterday, then complained that his weight was up a smidge. Still gotta work on that, old habits die hard. Can't lose weight if we lay around noshing while binge-watching shows on Netflix. Still, he's almost at 220 lbs; when he gets below that it will be cause for celebration. Next milestone will be 210 lbs, hopefully below 200 by the time our new house is finished.

Speaking of which, they framed the house last week and are raising the roof this week, woo hoo!!! There's a real possibility we could be finished in late October, just when the lease on the tiny townhome runs out. That would be PERFECT!

i hate to log on the weekend even tho that's when I need it the most..but it feels too much like work.. lol
