Ugh... it has been such a roller coaster the past few weeks that tracking my calories was not even an option. This does not mean that I went overboard. In fact, I ate so little and I still tried to eat healthy and fresh foods.
Getting on the scale was not very pleasant this morning. Starting with Dukan diet next week Monday. Let's see how it goes.
