Just about to sit down after being out flying my drone, my breakfast this morning is overnight oats and a cuppa l cut up a banana and included it in the oats. I like eating this because you can take your time and eat it over an hour, making me feel fuller for longer. Weather still looks good so I will go to the gym at 11 for a few hours. Looking to burn 650-850 calories over the session. Then it's back home an fuel up for a bike ride later. Well I can hear my breakfast saying EAT ME EAT ME so I better go and do what I am told.
