EXERCISE: I got my fat butt off of the couch and went for a jog with my dog in the rain. I actually even broke a sweat!!! I'm excited about that. However, what I am MOST excited about is the fact that I was able to jog around the ENTIRE neighborhood. A very far cry from the girl who just 3 weeks ago couldn't even jog down the driveway without being winded.

FOOD: Well I've been eating for the most part healthy. There are a few things that I could change(like the popeye's and eating out), but for the most part I'm doing GREAT! I haven't even had a soda today!!!!!
HUGE GIGANTIC AMAZING accomplishment for me. Even just a week ago if I didn't drink at least one soda a day I was having headaches and cravings. I'm guessing I've drank enough water that I'm not wanting the soda(I feel like my eyeballs are floating). I've had close to 12 cups of water today and not because I'm making myself drink it on purpose, but because every time I feel hungry I'm drinking a glass of water first before I snack.
I'm LOVING my george forman grill...cooked onions and zucchini and a chicken tender on it for dinner and DELISH! 1 thing I am finding hard is getting in 1200 plus good calories. I get full before I can eat all of them. I'm not sure if just added "bad" calories(like alcohol or chocolate or soda) is a good thing or if I just need to eat past full to get in those calories.

I've decided that this is NOT a diet or a health kick...this is my way of life. Food and I have a bad relationship and I am working on making not that way. I believe 100% that I am addicted to food. All food, good, bad, vegetables to chocolate...Which I guess is a blessing in disguise for me because I love vegetables and can curb my addiction by eating vegetables and fruits vs. cake and hamburgers.
