Well this weekend wasn't a very good one. I ate whatever I wanted. Looks Like I am single again! Why was I crazy enough to think this one would be different?? I am so confused about alot of things. I hate being sad. I have to tell myself no matter what, that i can not give up on my dieting. I feel so alone. It always seems like break ups never hurt the one doing the break up. Mean while Im the one who sits here feeling miserable. I wish I had seen this coming. I hate men!!

You have to go through the bad guys to know when you've found a good one. I hope you feel better soon, because with or without a man your life is to be lived for you. Take that frustration and use it, get a good workout in, maybe some boxing, that might help. Good luck!!

Thank you! I know you're right and I should not let it bring me down. I have avoided dating because of this. I know crazy reason. I know I need to be happy first as a person. Thank you again! Boxing sounds fun!
