I did not do well with diet and exercise last week. I had 3 days that I couldn't eat much and didn't exercise on those days because I couldn't, then the other days I was just lazy and wanted some comfort food. This week I have to do better. Not off to a great start, I didn't wake up and do my workout this a.m. because I didn't get to sleep until around 1 a.m. Waking up at 5 just didn't seem possible this morning. I will see how this evening goes and maybe will get a workout in, or at least a walk or something. I really don't like daylight savings, it seems like it takes me so long to adjust. :(
