Much to my surprise today I woke up to the sound of rain. Our province has been needing rain for a very very long time to help with the more than 172 forest fires burning out of control in the northern interior of BC. Over 7,000 residents have been displaced.
Am in a stronger place today. Letting go of yesterday which was completely off the rails. Today only ONE thing matters: not eating. Everything else, the myriad and one things, are not as important as this ONE thing.
