I've been kind of "off the diet" for emotional reasons and work related stress. I make really good choices most the time, but I've been getting in trouble at work and they were concerned about my eating effecting my stamina.

Tonight I'm making a chicken dish with jalapenos and parmesan cheese with a steamed artichoke and a slice of whole grain bread.

After this loaf of bread is gone I'm going to try and get back in to the groove of phase 1. Hopefully it doesn't effect my body too much, if it does I'm going to stay on phase 2 for a while.

Breakfast:
2 mozarella cheese sticks

Lunch: Chicken ceasar salad

Dinner: spicy chicken parmesan, artichoke and whole grain bread

Hoping I can get back in the groove and reach my goal. I'm getting kind of sad that I haven't lost any in all this time.
