3/14/12---cheat day. I've up my rdi today from 1200 to 2400(doubling it) I'm going to the rodeo today so this is why today is my cheat day. right now I'm not going to put a whole lot in the journal today. I'm hoping this doesn't make me want to not get back on tomorrow...but we shall see.

On a side note my dad and step mom will be here on friday, so that is exciting. I'm really hoping that they don't decide to flake on me, because that would upset me and probably make me want to eat more than I should...we shall see.


OH GOOD GOD, today was soooo delicious, but i did feel a little guilty about eating a ton so I didn't eat as much as I thought I would..that was a nice surprise!
