as we all know, the more we want something the harder it is to achieve it., in my regard it's reaching a goal of 150 before the kids go back to school, but my goal has been changed for me. Am in the process of getting things in order for me to have Plastics work done (excess skin removal), but the only way I can get it done is if I lose another 25 lb, so that changes my goal from reaching 150 now I have to reach 140, but now this time limit is on me, there is no set date, I just have to keep in mind that the more I want this plastic work done the faster I have to lose the weight. I do understand that we have to reach a certain limit before the doctors and providers will say it's okay to go ahead and have the procedure, and I also see that it as to the motivation of doing what you know you need to do and either showing yourself and the world that either you CAN or CANNOT do it. with me it may take a little extra time, but I will get it done, I am a determined short smartass Irish brat who doesn't give in without a fight,...., now one question, what's my fight song???.,lol 🍀 😁
