Last night I suddenly got really dizzy, jittery, and started sweating. I hardly ever sweat. I was laying in my bed in a dark room talking on the phone. I wasn't upset or excited or anything, just kind of there. My pulse was 102 and my temp was 96.6. Kinda freaked my mom and I out, but I laid down for about 10 minutes and my pulse was at 50 which is somewhat low I think? Today I tried to make sure I drank plenty of water, but I also did yesterday. I couldn't get my calories any higher and I'm way to close to going over on my net carbs so I'm in a jam. We'll see how this affects me tomorrow morning on the scale
