We all have the ugly days when temptations line up against us. The hardest thing I feel is not giving in for whatever reason. Since my DH's passing my motivation has simply sucked...but like you, I know it is time to let go of all excuses and get back to work. You have inspired so many of us in the past...please take the lead again and let me fall in step with you. We can do this! 

Larry congrats on your 6 lbs. loss. Are you exercising more?

Please don't beat yourself up Our journey to health and weight loss (which are the same imho) are fraught with pitfalls and temptations every waking hour. Keep the faith. Don't give up.
