Went over my net carbs, I had about 30 today. I did have enough calories, water, and veggies though. I'm running out of vegetables I like. I'm tired of lettuce, spinach, and about to be brocolli and cauliflower. I'll visit the atkins site and see what others I can have. I made some beanless chili and it was so good :) Its only a treat though since thats what put me over!

I really like asparagus, savoy cabbage and kale as some alternative veggies. Even if you don't like cabbage (and I hate the squeaky white variety) try some savoy sauteed very slowly in butter with a bit of oil to stop it burning, while grating in some nutmeg and adding in a few mustard or caraway seeds. Yummy! Even my extremely non-Atkins boyfriend likes this.

I like cabbage, but stay away since it seems to give me tummy aches. I will look for some savoy though, hopefully walmart has that lol. That sounds really good! Thanks :)
