Yikes! I did awful yesterday. Not only did I have 30 carbs, but I went way over my calorie limit for the day. No wonder I'm at 144! I have to really watch my calorie intake as well as the number of carbs. And during dinner, instead of reaching for more food, I need to drink water. Hopefully today I can do better at achieving both the correct carb and calorie intake.
