Only 800 g to go to my next target of 65 kg. Currently 100 g off having lost 37 kg in total.

Went to the doctor this morning. Have a virus but was worried it was the flu as influenza A has been going around work. He also laughed when I told him when I blow my nose it comes out my eyes. Well, true! I'm freaking out. He said it just tells him I'm blowing my nose really hard. Lol. Anyway I'm sure being healthier will help my body fight this.

Then he commented on my weight loss. 66.8kg today so 100g short of 37 kg lost.. He asked how I did it. I told him 1200 cals, all full fat food, be careful of hidden sugars and no processed meat.

He was impressed. Then I asked him what weight I should be and told him the govt website told me I was still overweight at a size 8 to 10. He calculated my BMI and said that the website is wrong to say I'm overweight. But we did agree my BMI is 26.7. He said that's fine. He said it doesn't need to go below 26. He reckons my max weight for my height is 69kg so I'm basically there. But he said only lose another 1 or 2 kg if I want to. So im going ahead with my next goal of 65kg. Going there. Only 800g to go. Then reassess. Is that it? I'm thinking because I haven't been able to start exercising yet I'll take it down to 63 kg as muscle weighs heavier than fat. That gives me a sweet potato fries and chocolate Lindt balls buffer. 😜

So not jumping ahead. Just heading for the 65 kg now. Then I'll do the other 2 kg. Then look at a maintenance program. Not sure what to do there but worry about it when I get there.

Not bad in under a year. What a journey.
