Giving up my hug in a mug tomorrow. Didn't know it had gluten in it😷😷😷. No wonder my stomach ached so much for the past days. Tomorrow is a fast day. Def will remember this time.also gonna grab more veggies and fruits and the shop tomorrow and maybe another gluten free cereal and a chocolate 🤔
