Down to 65.4 kg today only 400 g off my goal. Pretty excited. Unfortunately I came down with a flu on the weekend. Ended up on antibiotics yesterday after found its left me with bronchitis and low blood pressure when I stand up. So taking it easy. Be interesting to see if the antibiotics affect my weight. Not concerned as I obviously needed them. Need to drink more water to help the blood pressure. Last few days cals have been a bit low as not hungry. See how we go. As long as I'm eating healthy still. Soups are good and nutritious anyway. Onwards and downwards. ❤️

Antibiotics should have no effect on your weight they work to inhibit specific areas of bacteria whilst leaving the host unaffected (that's a basic summary). Hope it clears soon!

Sahlabbb I'm kicking this flu. It's left me with very low blood pressure which is not normal for me, and a chest infection, but I'm kicking that too.

trying to find where to start a comment. just started using this app to help me with lchf but finding it a bit confusing. is there a help menu and I think someone said about setting it for net carbs?? but where. help!!
