What put it in perspective for me was when I was building my patio last week and I was moaning about having to hump 25kg bags of sand around. It suddenly occurred to me, that's exactly what extra weight I was carrying round a few weeks ago without even realising... not surprised I was lethargic!

I am just the same guys, l saw this picture a couple of days ago and got quite a shock at how graphic it is, l was not sure if l should post it because it's hard enough trying to lose weight never mind having someone post a picture like this. Glad it has had the right response and acted as a motivator and not stick to beat yourself with.

I love this picture. Makes you realise just how much you may have lost and also with it gone how much better your knees and spine will be.
