Thats it. Finito. Reached my goal of 65 kg. Its taken 10 months and lots of hard work. Overall lost 37.7 kg. Down from size 20 to size 8 to 10. No exercise yet due to recovering from an operation. I'll take a few days to relax, given I know what I can and cannot eat, and know appropriate portion sizes now. I'll see how the weight fluctuates, if it does. Then I'll work out a maintenance plan. In the meantime, for the rest of you, onwards and downwards and thank you for all your support. ❤

Thanks Doobrie. Yes always lost weight each week. Run the Race I'm confident I'll be able to stay on track as its a new way of eating so I have something to follow. Once I can exercise it will be easier still.

Hi serenitydee, congratulations for you weight loss. It's such an achievement 👌🏻. Am a mum and my little girl is two years old, I had a miscarriage a month ago so I wasn't exercising for long time and now am feeling depressed cause of my weight 85kg . I wish I can go back to my pre-pregnancy weight, I was 68kg. Can you give me some tips.

Cannboys I just went on a holiday. just back today. Will be going back on my diet and then increasing my cals from 1200 to 1600 or 1800 to start with. I'm thinking same foods but Increase portion sizes and add small amounts of foods I've limited like bread.

Fetiha.65 everyone's journey is different.What works for me may not work for you. but I'd suggest using this app for portion control. Since I couldn't exercise thats what I did. That and no processed meats which clog up your cleansing organs. In fact processed foods have additives that your body still has to process and get rid of. While its doing that it inhibits your metabolism working efficiently and your organs absorbing nutrients from your food efficiently. I limited my cals to 1200 too. Steered clear of hidden sugars so ate all full fat foods too. I found things like potato and bread increased my weight even if I was within my cals for day. So I ate carbs earlier in day if I wanted them. But kept carbs lower than recommended. About 100g to 120g per day. fats I kept about right for 1200 cals and proteins the sane or higher.
