So last Thursday my back locked up - I was in a lot of pain and could barely move. It happens occasionally, but when it does I tend to feel sorry for myself and eat whatever I want. So, no tracking, no exercise for the past 4 days. Missed 2 training runs, grrr! Surprisingly, my weight didn't change at all! Maybe that means my eating "whatever I want" has changed to something a little healthier and/or lower calorie, hmmm. Anyway, I'm feeling much better and am back at work today, so back to tracking.
