Happy Friday FS!

It is a beautiful sunny day...now if the temps would just rise to the occasion, all would be perfect. :)

I was reminded by one of my Buddies that I haven't been posting much lately. Thank you!

My main focus of late has been exercise. I turned my son's old bedroom into an exercise room. :) Besides my daily dancing (behind closed doors), I've also been working on my cardio and strength. I feel more toned and my clothes are fitting differently. I will take my measurements again this weekend. My weight has not dropped and that is discouraging. This morning I was even up some and I have been trying to figure that out. Crazy...but if I'm still up tomorrow, I'll record it.

You are welcome. :-) You seem to have the exercise completely under control. Someone here last week was reflecting that her experience was that it was the food that was holding her back in spite of all the exercise she had been doing, so maybe just a little extra restraint there might do the trick. 164.6 seems to be the resistance point for you, break through that and you should end up in the 150s fairly quickly.
