Tried a year ago to make this happen. Am going to start again tomorrow. Can no longer stand myself at this weight and know how incredibly unhealthy I am. I know I can do this!! I watched my husband loose weight through a healthy lifestyle and exercise. After a month of just gorging on incrediabely unhealthy food I am ready to get started.
