I'm still feeling the allergies taking over my head, but getting better I think. I got my lazy butt out of bed this morning and did my workout, I was sort of petering out at the end, but I kept on going. Yesterday I didn't make 1200 calories eaten, which is really unusual for me, I think I'm so plugged I'm just not that hungry, but I didn't work out yesterday either, so I didn't probably need the extra calories. This morning on the other hand my breakfast with coffee was a little over 300 calories, I guess no morning snack for me. At least it was good and not too bad for me. Hopefully, the rest of the day goes well with no overeating, I'm sure I'll make my calories today, I'm already hungry.
