Had an op Wednesday and now sporting an arm caste which I presume weighs something, maybe a few hundred grams. Anyway I'll re weigh after its removed. Be interesting to see how much it weighs. Otherwise continuing on my diet albeit increased calories to around 1200 to 1400. Birthday coming up so sticking to my old diet to make way for a celebration dinner and lunch during the week. Not scared of food anymore. I know what works for my body regarding food combos, diet and quantities. I'm confident I can maintain this weight now. 😀🎂🎁🎈🎉🍧
