Starting over in phase 1 today. Need to be strict. I'm not going to use Atkins shakes or bars... I've stalled and gained, NOT good. Before anyone asks, I had one or the other and only 1 a day. I pulled out my old book and will follow it. Hopefully I'll get back to working-out tomorrow. Car issues.
