Starting over in phase 1 today. Need to be strict. I'm not going to use Atkins shakes or bars... I've stalled and gained, NOT good. Before anyone asks, I had one or the other and only 1 a day. I pulled out my old book and will follow it.
Hopefully I'll get back to working-out tomorrow. Car issues.

Thank you sweetheart. I was hoping to use the bars after a workout, but the shake may be better. I'll put both off till after I start to lose again. (I truly prefer a meat roll-up). It's the chew factor I guess.

The shakes are great after a work out. My son who is a body builder is always telling me to have a protein shake after I run... good luck to you
