since I am greek orthodox, we have been fasting for Easter which will be on 15 April this year, no dairy or meat since Ash Wednesday and it's been HARD!!! recently had the stomach flu and now feeling better today. There is no extra time for dedicated exercise, meaning increasing heart rate for a period of time right now, hopefully that will get better for me soon! eating in moderation is really important to reach my goal and to drink A LOT of WATER. I want to decrease body fat the most and the rest will be easy :) good luck everyone and HAPPY EASTER
