So I've been running about 3 mis/day plus walkin about 2mis/day and liftin weights per my michael thurmond stuff I bought a while back. I'm not sure I'm getting the sculpting results that the program claims :/ the body thing basically describes atkins as the ideal diet for me per my body type...but I haven't been as strict as I should be with food. I might look into a different strength training program because this one is very bland and basic...I like moves that sculpt more than one spot at same time...so that's that...current measurements 38/28/41...
